Product Description

• Initially when I logged in, I went to the RNK Blog page from the “HOME” page.  I was able to see the blogs, but then I had no option to go to the “SHOP” page.  I went back into the “HOME” tab, but there wasn’t a “SHOP” button.  So I exited and started over through the link
• The website is really slow, it took a while to go from “HOME” to “SHOP” & when ordering from Quick View, it took a while to add to cart
• Initially I was going to search for each item on the price list, but when I searched for the rotary cutter, I was unable to place an order through the item detail screen.
• QS-ROTARY, should include 45M in the description
• Then I used the Product Category list
• I think that the wording “sold in Qty 3” is a little confusing.  It is sold to a dealer in a certain qty in some cases, but a consumer only has to order 1. Should it be worded something like “Dealer minimum order multiple qty”  or “order in multiples of 3”
• When I’m in the main page of a product category list and I go to add an item into the cart from this screen, it doesn’t default to the minimum order qty.  It only adds 1 to the cart and I can only change it if I view the cart.
• When I go to the Quick view, I’m able to change the order qty to the multiple qty.  In fact, it gives an error message if you don’t out in a correct qty and it only gives options for multiples of the qty which is good.
• I like that when you order in the Quick View, after it adds the items to the cart, it takes you back to the Product category listing that you were in.
• The following items show the price crossed off, but no other price listed.  The price that is crossed off is the actual price.  I’m sure there were more, but these were the ones that I noticed QSP-TOOL22, QS-MAT14P, QS-SIGN
• All of the items noted “There are only a few left” – is this because there hasn’t been a criteria set up yet?
• On the QS Thread page – the 1^st items noted are the large spools 2500 yards, but this was not included in the description.  Also, for the QST80L – the Minimum/multiple is showing as 5 and on the QST60L it is 1.  It should be 1 for both groupings.
• QS thread tubes (QST80-TUBE1…) is showing a minimum of 5 but that is not correct, it’s 1
• In thread, I like that when you pick an item, it shows the color
• When I went to place the order, I got a huge screen of error messages for all of the MOQ’s that were not ordered when I ordered through the main page (and not in the Quick View).
• When I went back into the cart to update the order qtys, it would not let me leave the page until I updated all of the items with the correct qty.
